New ownership is completely arrogant and her communication is atrocious. There is no real feedback on what your child does all day for the $1000 or so a month you pay. You receive a daily sheet that is filled out already with the same stuff on everybody's sheet without any idea on how your child did that day. The facility used to be cleaner but the cleanliness of the center dropped significantly once the new owner took over and either fired the cleaning company or told them to scale back.
