I came to visit friends here from out of state. I drove all the way from Michigan, 2600 miles, only to have my car towed when I got here. The entrance I came in from had no signs posting that cars without permits would be towed. CVC 22658a, the section of the law that allows them to tow cars, states that all entrances have to have these signs in order for the complex to be legally allowed to tow cars.
