I%u2019m in my early 50%u2019s and was looking for an exercise class that would be challenging both mentally and physically. I saw karate classes advertised at the International Black Belt Academy and decided to give them a try. I was a little nervous in the beginning. It takes me awhile to get the moves, and I%u2019m not terribly coordinated. But after just a few classes, I knew this was the place I wanted to be. The instructors are very supportive and encouraging. The classes are fun, as well as being a great work-out, (not to mention really useful!). There
