I have had issues with punctuality at this office but not until recently had I had enough. My daughter was recently hospitalized and was referred to her primary care physician. She had an appointment for 12:30 and finally had had enough at 2:30. Some of the front office staff is inattentive and she then requested a refund of the co-pay. It's terrible that they often run late seeing their patients and cannot communicate to patients waiting to be seen or scheduled for an appointment.
