I definitely would not recommend this company, to anyone that may need heating and air conditioning service. The customer service sucks, and the guy that came out turned on my washer, for whatever reason, I don't know. However, four days later, I want to do some laundry and my washer doesn't work. I've never had this problem before he came out. So, I called to see if the tech/inspector could come back out, to check it, and I didn't talk to the tech, but his mouthpiece calls back, stating that they didn't touch the washer.
