I had called and asked for a new ID card to be faxed over to me 3 times and after I was assured that I would have it before they closed it still never came. I was waiting at the Auto tags place to get my car registered and I had to leave and come back the next day because when I tried to call them back and ask where the *#%& card was they didn't answer and I got the answering machine!!
