If you want good automotive service, DON'T USE Hometown Service Center Automotive Repair in Heber Springs (522 Main St.). They agreed to change transmission fluid in Mercury Mountaineer, Kept it for more than 24 hours WITHOUT calling to say they CAN'T do the repairs, then DIDN'T do the repairs because they said THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE RIGHT TOOLS. You would think they would know they didn't have the right tools before they agreed to do the job (WOW). Then they REFUSE to give back the keys unless we pay $30, even though they did not do the repairs. T
