I arrived at the Marblehead Inn at 4:15pm;when I booked,Innkeeper Diane,was adamant to know my arrival time.I told her it was 3-4pm.I checked in&was brought to my room,but the front desk person didnt know where the room key was and said she would locate it shortly.I went to my car.I returned,was told she gave me the wrong room.I was a bit surprised,but moved to the correct room as I had not unpacked/settled yet. I was told “my room”wasn't ready,it was still being cleaned.I heard the housekeeper say the room would be ready in 30 min.However,the front desk person came back&s
