Horrible, horrible, horrible! This company has the perfect scam going. You are involved in an accident and the Highway Patrol, Police Dept., etc. calls them out to tow your car where it will sit in their impound, at $30.00 a day, until the insurance companies can sort out the mess. The drivers are arrogant, the receptionist is rude and and the manager is condescending. To top it all off, their rates are the costliest in the West Valley! Must be nice to have a government contract and get paid to treat their customers badly. Avoid at all costs!
