Hypro hires people who have never had cnc experience, they train them, then let them work with very minimal training and expect them to work 110%. They say they know the employees and it is a family friendly facility, but dont let them kid, your just a number and another backbreaking laborer for 12.00-14 dollars an hour compared to their competitors who pay upwards of 19 to 20 starting. Be aware of the production supervisors poor management skills as they hire people who last a week and fire people who have been working there for years. The production
