I am a certified nursing assistant and went to the urgent care clinic because of my work schedule. The first visit was fine and everything went okay. I went back 2 days latter because I was no better and everything was okay while I was in the clinic. I called back 2 days later because I am still having a cough and sore throat. They did not return my call. Next time I will go to another clinic and it made be soon.
