I am a long time resident of Rock Hill and have been going to Ebenezer Park for years to launch our fishing boat. In 2005 my son had a Traumatic Brain Injury that resulted in him not being able to walk. He is in a wheelchair but still loves the water. We purchased a pontoon boat just to be able to get him on the water. I bought my season pass and night pass this year and was excited to have him on the lake. As my husband works alot I had to take him by myself. There is no handicap access to the ramps so I wait in line like everyone else to get to the only ramp his whe
