I have been a client there for 3 months. I have lost 20 lbs and 2 dress sizes! The work outs are always challenging and my trainer keeps me on track with my food. She has taught me so much about nutrition. She helps me make good choices when I go out to a restaurant. Now I bring my lunch to work and I feel much better than I ever have about being able to keep the weight off for good.
