Hired them to do my move within the city both places about 10 min apart. They did stop for lunch on my dime. I am missing 2 valuable boxes, one contained among other things Grandmas Napkin Rings form Germany, Irreplaceable, the other large box contained sheet music which is mostly out of print also irreplaceable. Numerous visits to their office were not successful. Never asked for a refund just wish to file an Insurance Claim and Royal Movers refused. Figures....Do NOT HIRE THEM.... And I just found that the Complaint and Review I filed with the BBB about them - is no
