August 10, 2011 Sue (there for 18 yrs) friendly & informative on phone. Arrived after ofc closed. They led way, assisted guiding, hooking up, & putting awning down! Our wkly rate $200.07 with Good Sam/Senior Discounts. Incl hookups , Cable TV, on-site Wi-Fi. Older family-owned park in Van Nuys - San Fernando Valley. Progressing with the times, yet good ol fashioned service. Shade trees, fruit trees, & landscaping! Our a.c. broke = shade important. Make you feel part of community whether overnight or longer. Planning more communit
