My daughter showed me this site and is typing for me. I am shocked they are allowed to operate. For my sister's grave, they had the head stone cut wrong with the name spelled wrong. They refused to refund any money to us. My sister was my best friend. I don't have the strength to fight or the money for a lawyer.
