Our daughter told us that she and her roommates received a Security Deposit Settlement notice dated 081010 on or about Monday 091310 or Tuesday, 091410. They received $745.00 from their deposit out of $950.00. $40.00 was not returned due to painting over scuffs and patch work that we apparently overlooked. $165.00 was not returned due to the carpets not being cleaned. keys.
