If you don't want to get your Rover fixed right away, go here. Awful, unprofessional and complete waste of time. I had an appointment to have PCV hose replacement in order to pass smog inspection. I drove from downtown SF to their shop which is located in a very poor location. Upon arrival, Philippe informed me they were too busy and were also closed the following day. I asked to buy the part so I could replace it myself and he said no, go to the dealership. They should not make an appointment with a customer if they cannot honor it! I had taken a day off w
