I really thought of it as a commodity. Didn't give it much more thought than which dry cleaner to go to. But like anything else, there are lots of details to get right, and these guys hit the mark. Helped me find the right size unit, showed me around, made me feel at home, gave me a few tips for how to pack my stuff for easy access, etc. They keep the place spotless, and it really feels safe. I walked away feeling like I'd left my stuff in good hands.
