I'd never taken a Troy cab before, or any in the Capital District. My only experience with this transportation has been in NYC. After the driver went to the wrong building to pick me up (I said nothing of this) and I'd finally entered the cab, I was told that we were picking up another rider. I wasn't expecting this and questioned the driver, who gave me an attitude saying, "If you'd wanted a cab all to yourself, you should have said so." I said, "I wasn't aware that I had to say so. I was calling the cab *for* myself. I expected that I would be the only occupant. I'
