We arrived at 6, placed our orders for our food at 630 and ate around 8 finally. Waited over and hour just for a refill on drinks. Ashley our niece had set up reservations as this was her daughters birthday and had let them know there would be 18 of us and that she wanted two lanes reserved to bowl afterwards. People came in an hour after us, were served and left before we got our food. Then when we were finished we had to wait an additional hour for the lanes to be ready and they had to cut their game short as the hour ran out and the lights went out and everything sto
