I took my Golden in for blood work. He said it would be back the next day.24 hours passed I HAD TO CALL THEM. receptionest said the labs were lost due to Fedex. BULL! 48 hours passed . Now labs are useless. I recieved a copy of the blood work. High calicum.Kidney failure. My beautiful Golden died. NOT EVEN a call from Harold.had his UNQUALIFIED receptionest call and do the dirty work.UNPROFESSIONAL. it's time to retire when you can't remember to take something as important as LAB work . it cost my dog his life. he just turned 4.
