Delta Dental insurance su%A9ks. There is no nice way to put it. I understand HMOs are a lower quality of service to keep costs down. Fine. I get that. I understand you can only go to in-network providers. Fine. I get that. I understand you need a referral from your primary dentist. Fine. I get that. What I don't get is it is Delta Dental HMO's official policy not to release the names, phones or addresses of their in-network specialists. Literally. They won't tell you who you can go see. They insist you call your primary care dentist and get the info from
