My large, cantilevered umbrella broke after 2 years. The part to fix it took 8 months to arrive and with no instructions in English. Anaheim Patio & Fireside agreed to send someone out to replace the broken part for me %u2013 good! However, the person sent to my house was merely a delivery driver and had no tools or knowledge about fixing anything.
