First trip to fix refrigerator not working was successful. Service technician was polite and efficient. Refrigerator has been leaking water from freezer compartment into refrigerator below since being repaired. Two trips after the fact concerning ongoing leakage of water into refrigerator (food on top shelf getting soaked) not successful. Recent call regarding ongoing problem was answered with the statement that "I need to call the property management Co. (it is a rental home) and have them authorize another service call".
