I would not recommend this escrow company to anyone. The person in charge of the escrow was Leslie Engicsh and she did not perform her job. After having an account open for several months she failed to find a lean on the property which she notified both the buyer and seller seven days before the close of escrow. According to her and her office associates no one knew how to handle such a transaction It took me three hours on the phone to find out what needed to be done.
