I do not even give this place one star but the website makes me. This is the most horrific company I have ever come into contact with. My mother, for her 50th birthday, who NEVER takes vacations for herself, has been continuously WRONGED by Ann Marie Di Giacomo and Bayside Travel. Not only has she been treated with HOSTILE and RUDE attitudes when expressing GREAT CONCERN that she was NEVER ADVISED of the fact that the room booked for her on the resort she will be staying in is an entire SHUTTLE RIDE AWAY FROM THE BEACH, in the OLDEST PART OF THE RESORT, and was NE
