I can't give the rating they deserve because a star is too generous! I just called to report watching the driver of the wrecker nearly collide with another car. The wrecker forced the vehicle off the shoulder, because he was using his cell phone. The person I spoke with told me to "mind my own business" and then hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the owner. I was again cut off, but I called yet again and this time spoke to the actual driver. He admitted that he had heard the horn honk - thus admitting his error, but hung up on me as
