We went to see this lawyer for two separate cases both Landlord and Tenant. He asked for a $1500.00 Retainer for each case. 1 Case the tenant paid the rent immediately and we decided to drop the case. Mr. Hertzberg never refunded me any of these monies. This was a time when my husband was not working and getting chemo therapy the money was greatly needed and much appreciated if it would have been returned. The second case was a very simple uncontested eviction which Mr. Hartzberg did not follow the law and its careful guidelines and it was rejected by the court. Thi
