I called their towing location and told them my truck was in their impound that it had not been transferred yet but I had the signed title told them I would be there in 1hr with my title and stuff and when I showed up they had let the family which I had to get DVP against take my truck how can a company let someone drive a vehicle off lot with no title? And everytime I call to talk to the owner the woman answering the phone says he is not available that she can take message, so I leave the same message about her letting my truck go to someone with no title and I need to
