I purchased pearl earrings for my mother and she wore it immediately. About one week later, she said that the pearl was not on the set anymore. She found that the pearl was glued on. I had to take the earrings back and ask them to set the pearls on permanently. They requested that I pay an extra $60.00 and furthermore, they insisted that I did not purchase the earrings at their store. With negotiations, I ended up paying $40.00 for a small set of permanent setting. I will never go back to their store again.
