I had a problem here a month ago with a poor excuse for a manager. My drive through order was messed up and when I called the store to notify them, the manager was as nasty as she could be and even hung up on me. I had to come to the store after already driving home to get my money back and notify a lesser manager. When I called the "district" manager's office to leave a recording, he never called me back to apologize for the disgusting employee he has managing his restaurant. what a lousy choice in management!
