Review
The worst customer service experience I've had in a while! Just because your title states manager or assistant manager DOES NOT mean theyre good hairstylists nor does it mean they know how to accommodate everyone's hair texture like an "experienced or expert" stylist should. The current manager D Coyne is extremely unprofessional and Jennifer Rodriguez is the absolute worst and unpleasant stylist there at this specific location!!!
