Oh, the INCOMPETENCE!!!! After paying a car loan in full, they continued to take withdrawals from my bank account- even though they had sent us a letter and receipt noting it was paid in full. Their reason was that the billing was in "another department" so they had no idea. Please, just do everyone a real "service" and close your doors, SCU. What an infuriating, and incompetent way to run a business. Do you have no computers, no phones, no records or are you all too fat and lazy to walk down the hallway communicate within your own compan
