BAD BAD BAD,,, after hours of waiting for a return call to a message left,,, and having my septic backed up in my basement,, I finally called again to try and get a human being to help me. Talked to Tom himself which seemed to care less about my emergency and said it would be two days before he got out to take care of me because he was busy plowing. If he had responded to the first call I could have tried to find someone else to help me. as it is now it is to late today to get anybody else and I have to now wait even longer thanks to his inconsiderate service.?
