I do not know about anyone else but I love these this company. I was waiting on a delivery for my child's birthday party. I called up Armato Ice and told them my situation, the dispatcher put me on hold and spoke to the driver on a walkie talkie and asked where he was. They had a truck two blocks away from my building. I got my delivery in 10 minutes. I love them!!! AA
