We booked our vacation package through this agency to save aggravation. This was our mistake. The agent, Carmello, booked the wrong package special, so we ended up at a family resort when we requested adults only. We weren't seated near each other on any flight. We specifically requested Royal Service, and weren't given it. Worst of all, when we were at the hotel and called the agency to have our booking corrected, they insisted on charging full price for the package (since the special was expired), when they made the mistake to begin with!
