i;v had 6 back surgerys and need a 7th.i'v seen this so called doctor for almost 2 yr shot me in the back with a nerv block lots of times put me on hydromoraphone 8 mg was taking 7 a day.the middle of the night was the worst.i told him i was taking two at a time 1 just whould not work.i always fell short on refills.it was the night that did it instead of giving me one more pill he wantede me to see a shrink.and go to detoxs he said i was addicted after 2yrs this is the doctor that recked my life.i fired him and what ever he wrote in my med charts.has wasted my time of tryin
