Monument Title Insurance Inc. is a locally owned and operated, full service title insurance agency that has been in business since 2001. We serve residential and commercial title insurance needs all over the State of Utah and Nevada Our escrow professionals are continually delivering the highest level of service in the industry. Our title operations are all in house which allows us quick turn-around times on PR’s and insures your clients personal information will not be sent around the world to have the search done. We are underwritten by two of the top title insurance companies in the country, Fidelity National Title and First American Title. Monument Title has been contracted with HUD since October 2003 for the closing agent services contract in Utah. We have a very experienced HUD Team that works the contract to help you navigate the process of closing a HUD home.
