This company is so poorly organized and not prompt at all. We had scheduled for a date, rescheduled 4 days later which resulted in a no-show. Promised 8am next day. The guy said, "Are you serious?" Next morning, call saying he was waiting for chemicals, around 9am. At 11, we called the office, where we were put on hold for a total of 20 minutes. The guy calls, saying "you don't have the call the office, I'll be there soon." I asked, "in two hours?" He says it wouldn't take that long. 3 hours later, a guy reeking of marijuana sho
