Review
I had major work done at the Collision Shop in 2006. Recently the glue that held the logo on the trunk lid (which they replaced) ripped off the paint job (which they did) and rust developed underneath. When I took the car to them to have repaired under the "Lifetime Warranty," the owner refused to cover my damage. He wanted $200 to fix the damage that was clearly the result of poor painting, and called this ridiculous offer "helping me out," since he would have normally charged $400. He even blamed the rust damage on a defective NEW part from Volvo
