This is the first review I've EVER written about anything, but would like to save anybody the experience we had at this office. This was my daughter's first visit to the dentist, she is four. She was excited when we got there. Unfortunately she began to cry when she heard other kids crying which I know is normal. The dentist sat down and didn't even introduce himself to her or me. I said to him, "she is a little scared" hoping he would try to help her calm down. He never even acknowledged that I spoke to him. He just reclined the chair and pried her mouth open. She
