Let me begin by saying that I generally like Hector's food. I am a big fan of authentic Mexican and there are few places west of 42nd Street that fit this bill. Unfortunately, I will NEVER eat there again. We recently went to dinner at hectors - my wife and I and our five children. We ordered our food and ordered an enchilada plate to be split amongst two of our children (there is not an enchilada on the kids menu). Shortly after ordering the waiter comes out and tells me that the plate will be hot and that the girls will need to be careful - fair enough (the plan was
