Review
At DeKalb office, 631 1st. Noted foul odor upon entering office. Young man there seemed to remind me of deer caught in headlights, pecking away at his keyboard with one finger. Nothing to offer me that was useful, no outline or plan, and I am confused as to why I he was there. Young woman that came down briefly to get some background info appeared more competent, but again I was confused as to what information she wanted or needed from me. Overall a complete waste of time, young man clearly felt threatened and I left angry and frustrated.
