City Cab service was the most horrid taxi experience that I have had. I got my so call taxi at the Amtrak station in Battle Creek Michigan. I got in and had to load my own luggage with no help from the driver at all. Then asked him to take me to my destination which happened to be one of the hotels on beckley road he then proceeded to leave the station and turn away from the way to the hotel and go out though some country roads and I asked him if he knew where he was going and he said that this way was quicker now I told him which way to go and he told me to just sit back
