I called Brinkers to get a estimate on a plumbing job, which was connecting my water softener to a drain in the house. I had it going outside, but the line froze and I needed the plumbing routed somewhere else. I called there and the receptionist said that a "plumber" would call me back. Burt returned my call. He was throwing around plumbing words that I didn't even know what they meant. I was questioning him on what the words meant and he starting getting really rude.
