Worst experience ever, the staff and the vet were awful, neither cared for the pet or the customers and they certainly would not work with you on any options unless you spent an arm and a leg. Thought it was just me until I watched them berate a woman that carried her Weinerimer in one arm and her 3 year old in the other. Just unbelievable.
