If you were my friend, I'd tell you NEVER to do work with Lake Orion Roofing who also appears to dba as Royal Roof. Doing business with these people was such a regret. When there was a problem, the owner would not respond. He hides from his customers! How professional. Seriously, spare yourself. Once you sign the contract, the "act" is off and you get the real Lake Orion Roofing. God be with you.
