I would not recommend this facility to anyone that cares for their dog. They are not friendly, which is not a way to judge a place but that was my first impression. They had no idea who I was all three times I brought my dog in, claiming they had "lost" my customer card and made a new card EACH time. They groomed my puppy (a Yorkshire Terrier) three times before he was six months old.
