WORST in the world! They screwed up at every turn and made me feel like I should be grateful and take it. They screwed up on reservation, lied about moving my dogs to a 'room' I expected to pay for, promised to move dogs in a day... Then said w/I 5 minutes of leaving the story, it turned out 5 days later!!! I would've pulled my dogs out if I knew. Then, put my dog with others even though I told them not to. My dog ended up in an altercation with another dog but they would not accept responsibility nor even give me the incident report. Then, the store
